We have bootcamps every Saturday morning from 8:15 am to 9:15 am.

People from 14 years old and up are welcome.  Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

In these bootcamps, people from all over come together to have a fun workout within the KickStart community.

In the bootcamps we have the following training techniques:

  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
  • Functional training
  • Weight training for toning your muscles
  • Spartan race preparation training
  • Running
  • Fun team competitions

At the end of our bootcamps, you will feel energized and ready to take on the rest of the weekend.
