It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for support of Adam Prewett. I had the opportunity to train with Adam and have achieved the level of fitness I set out for. I told Adam that my goal was to reach a 20 minute 3 mile time. After a month of training with Adam combined with leg workouts and running on all types of levels of terrains, I was able to finish 3 miles in 19 minutes which was better than my previous goal!
His workouts are indescribable and he really pushes you past your physical and mental limits. He gets you where you want to be and if not better than what you have previously expected. There were times where I wanted to catch a breathe and relax, but Adam encouragement and dedication to his workouts and commitment to helping me reach my goal encouraged me to finish through regardless how tired and out of breath I was.Not only is he is very knowledgeable in his work of expertise as a personal fitness trainer, but he is also a very talented basketball player and instructor. On the side, he helped me with proper basketball shooting form and technique, ball handling, and dribbling tips.
I can recommend Adam highly as a personal fitness or basketball trainer to anyone interested in increasing his or her physical conditioning as well as improving their skills in basketball.

I started working out with Adam in the start of 2013. I couldn’t even bench 50 lbs but after 6 months of training I was lifting close to 200lb. my main focus was to get bigger but adam showed me the importance of incorporating cardio and leg workouts which helped me get bigger and improve my overall endurance.
As a smoker, I used to feel groggy and slow but following adam’s diet advice, I noticed significant changes in my body within the week as I changed what I was taking into my body. I wasnt feeling as groggy and had more energy throughout the day. I still continue to train with adam and go to him for advice or answers to questions considering my body. I can now go to the beach and proudly take my shirt off. (Which every guy secretly wants to do!)

Thank you very much for coaching my boys. Both of my boys have improved their technical skills since they started taking lesson from you. You helped built their basketball skills and self-confident in one-on-one lesson where they have never learned from any group lesson. In 2013-2014 Winter League, they are not only had become one of the key players but also major contributors in bringing the team to win the 1st place.
You have made basketball fun and easy for my children to learn and enjoy basketball. I highly recommend you to all parents who would like to improve their children basketball skill into a higher level.

I lost 15 pounds in one and a half months
I am a middle age masseur. In the break time between appointments with my customers I sat around and ate snacks. Then before I realized it, I became almost 35 pound overweight. I tried to work out and lose weight but it was difficult. After a busy day at work I was tired and did not feel like doing any exercise.
When I started to work out with Adam, it was really hard at first because I had not exercised for a long, long time but Adam constantly encouraged me and pushed me to do my best. At that time, I was really committed to losing weight so I worked out 5 to 6 days per week and stopped eating almost all junk food! Little by little working out became easier than before. The best part was that my friends and customers whom I have not seem for a while told me I look GREAT ! Adam has always been very professional and because of him I reached my goal of losing 35 lb.

It’s amazing when friends would comment on how improved my body had become since the last time they saw me
I was referred to Adam by a friend and started training with him in mid-March 2014. My initial goal was to hire him for a short time, only to tone my stomach area, since I workout regularly and consider myself fit. I wanted to look toned when I go to Philippine beaches for a vacation in May 2014. When I got back from my vacation, I knew I wanted to hire him back, and we re-started in June.
I work out with Adam on weekends, while I go to my gym 2-3 times on weekdays. The training format he uses is tailored to my goal and my level of fitness, with consideration to my tendonitis. Adam’s method has given me better results during our hour workout than anything else I’ve done on my own. I’m 46 years old, relatively fit at 145 pounds, and I believe that I gained more muscle tone and have more endurance since I started training with Adam. It’s amazing when friends would comment on how improved my body had become since the last time they saw me in January.
Adam is an awesome, excellent, very knowledgeable trainer who challenges you, but also recognizes your limitations (like my tendonitis). He is very creative in building up routines so our hour sessions on weekends were never boring. I have to be honest that I dread going knowing that Adam will create some intense, tough routines. But I tell you, you will feel and know that you are properly and safely working on the targeted muscles, given his guidance.
It’s unfortunate that I am gone to Europe for 2 months and will miss some awesome training opportunities with Adam. But when I get back later part of this year, if he’s available – I will hire him again.

I am working out everyday, and I am losing weight after Adam gently pointed out that there are better choices for some of the items I was consuming
One day I woke up from a month of knee pain and became really scared. Occasionally in the past I would get knee pain but after a day it would always go away. This time it was not going away and the thought crossed my mind that I was destined to become like all the older people I see in wheel chairs and walkers just trying to function by hobbling around in their intense pain. I decided that I was straddling the fence with either, one chance to fix this and get my body working again, or become a burden to myself unable to enjoy the rest of my life. I chose life and I knew it was going to involve diet and exercise. My diet was pretty good (I thought) so I set my focus on finding a trainer. I knew I needed help because I did not know anything about exercise and I read so many articles about how the wrong exercises can be harmful. I was on a mission and I had to do it fast and I felt like I only had one chance at fixing this.
Lucky for me I found Adam Prewett.
Today, after two months I am knee pain free, I am working out everyday, and I am losing weight after Adam gently pointed out that there are better choices for some of the items I was consuming. My journey to this point was not easy. Everyday for almost two months I worked out with extreme knee pain, smothered in Deep Blue (for muscle aches) to cut the pain. Adam modified exercises to strengthen my knees, and everyday I used Deep Blue, soaked in Rosemary and Thyme, with either Epsom salts or Ancient Sea Salts, and iced for hours. I trusted Adam and knew I had to keep going until my knees were strong and the pain went away.
Adam educated me on how to achieve my goals. He explains and answers my questions so I can understand what I need to do to continue on my journey of living well. He taught me that I am the driver of this vessel and ultimately it is up to me on how and where I guide this ship. I am so thankful to Adam for showing me the way!
Adam is the best trainer I have ever had I am SO thankful I found him!
